We want to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the production and manufacturing of our merch. Below you’ll find the answers to questions about troubleshooting and technical issues you may run into, as well as the ethics and sustainability of our merch production.

I only received part of my order. When will I be getting the rest?

Some items that are quicker to manufacture, like stickers or prints, will usually be shipped out before any clothing items. Additionally, some items may be manufactured or printed in different facilities. This means your order may come in a couple of different packages.

If you’re missing part of your order and you haven’t received any correspondence in over 14 days, please contact with your order number and missing products.

I received a message saying that my purchase looked like spam and I was not allowed to proceed with my purchase. What should I do?

With our current store setup, we can only accept payments through PayPal. Once you place your order and add in your shipping and billing info, you’ll be prompted to pay via PayPal. If you have a pop-up blocker installed in your browser, you might encounter some issues. Try placing your order again with your pop-up blocker deactivated.

How are these merch items being manufactured?

As of right now, our merch is being manufactured by a 3rd party Direct-To-Garment (DTG) facility. When you place your order, we essentially “purchase” the garment from their warehouses and it gets shipped to you directly from that warehouse.

The printing tech used is made with sustainability in mind, and our DTG printers use almost zero wastewater and less energy, lowering our carbon footprint.

Why are merch items in larger sizes more expensive than others?

Due to the nature of DTG printing, we are dealing with the base prices our manufacturer sets per garment. These prices vary in cost for different sizes, so larger sizes are sometimes slightly more expensive to create.

Why does it take several days to manufacture and ship my order?

As we don’t have direct control over the manufacturing and shipping of our collection, this issue is largely out of our hands. Our manufacturer works with a large volume of orders from several different stores like ours. Working with both an increase in order volume due to the holidays as well as a socially distanced environment due to COVID-19 regulations and precautions, there may be delays in manufacturing as well as stock shortages.

What steps are you taking to promote sustainability in your merch collection?
Each product you see in our collection is made on-demand—once you place an order, it is produced specifically for you. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, and we pride ourselves on being part of the sustainable fashion movement.

Our printing partner’s state-of-the-art printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy.

The inks used for printing are water-based and free of harmful chemicals. The merch manufacturer takes care to dispose of any left-over ink according to the ink supplier guidelines.

Where are these merch items being manufactured?

The DTG manufacturer we use has facilities across North America and Europe, including:

  • Los Angeles, CA
  • Durham, NC
  • Toronto, Canada
  • Tijuana, Mexico
  • Madrid, Spain
  • Riga, Latvia

The manufacturer sources products and fabrics from ethical brands and suppliers that comply with labor, environmental, and safety standards.
