WHO WE ARE

GBTRS is the largest online platform and resource for women and gender-nonconforming people in the music industry. We were founded on the principle of identifying and breaking down barriers for marginalized genders in music. We are dedicated to helping artists and bands drive empowerment and diversity in productive and positive ways, and promoting these initiatives throughout the culture of the music scene.

We believe that when everyone has a voice, opportunity flourishes. We empower education through the creation of programs to give people the opportunity to pursue their dreams.
