If you are a woman/non-binary person interested in pursuing a career in festival production in the music industry, this opportunity is for you!
We’re excited to announce our partnership with iMatter Festival to institute our festival immersion program! During the weekend of iMatter Festival, we will be selecting 2 women/non-binary people to shadow and learn what it ‘s like to put on a festival.
We aim to open the door for dedicated and qualified young women/non-men to gain practical experience in a live music context.
This is a risk-free opportunity for people of underrepresented genders to get the chance to learn from two mentors in the field. Two winners will be chosen.
