If you are a woman/non-binary person interested in pursuing a career in festival production in the music industry, this opportunity is for you!
We’re excited to announce our partnership with Home Bass to institute our festival immersion program! We aim to open the door for dedicated and qualified young women/non-men to gain practical experience in a live music context. This is a risk-free opportunity for people of underrepresented genders to get the chance to learn from mentors in the field.
Applicants must be available November 7th through November 10th in Orlando, Florida. Staff meals and lodging will be provided. The Home Bass team can also sign off on volunteer or internship hours forms for colleges and universities.
