Girls Behind the Rock Show

Helping advance the music industry one woman at a time.

Who We Are

GBTRS was founded on the principle of female empowerment within the music industry. We are dedicated to helping artists and bands drive female empowerment and diversity in productive and positive ways, and promoting these initiatives throughout the culture of the music scene.

We collaborate with musicians, labels, and more to spread the message of female empowerment and inclusion in the music industry.

We create opportunities for young women to learn the ropes of the music industry through initiatives like the Roadie for a Day program.

We educate and prepare the next generation of women in music through our mentorship program and our networking group of over 5,700 members.
